Each vehicle is equipped with an in-car laptop housing that allows our agents to receive live assignment updates on the go. Each agent is a registered user on Clearplan, a national software that is built to optimize repossessions by organizing data retrieved from RDN®. This live feed of intel not only enables our agents to update their current assignment, but it also allows them to view other near by assignments so that they can update those as well.
